French Pancake

Pancake 80g x 4pcs

Yotsuba Buttermilk Pancake Mix 150g
Egg (M size) 1pcs
Hokkaido Yotsuba Milk 100ml
Salad oil 13g

Marination

Egg (M size) 2pcs
Hokkaido Yotsuba Milk 100ml
Fresh Cream 100ml

Crispy Caramel Sauce

Granulated Sugar 22g
Yotsuba Butter (Unsalted) 4g

Topping

Orange Marmalade・Orange slices・Vanilla Ice cream・Cookies・Mint leaf・Chocolate sauce・Icing Sugar

Recipe

Make Pancake

1. Mix egg and hokkaido yotsuba milk in a bowl.
2. Add in yotsuba buttermilk pancake mix, mix well until no lump.
3. Last add in salad oil, whisk it until completely even.
4. Rest the batter for about 5mins.
5. Pour in some salad oil into pre-heated frying pan.Place the frying pan on a wet cloth and cool it down a little.
* If you are using hotplate, preheat it with low heat (150℃), start bake only after the temperature
started to become stable.
6. Pour 1/4 of your batter into frying pan. (After 2~2.5mins) You shall see big bubble forming.
Flip the pancake and cook for another 1min.
7. Prepare all 4pieces of pancake.

Marination

1. Combine the hokkaido yotsuba milk and the fresh cream with the beaten egg.

Make french pancake

1. Soak the pancake into for about 1hour.
2. Heat the butter (not in ingredient list) in a frying pan and bake step1 until both sides are golden brown and moist.
3. Place orange marmalade on baked french pancakes and sandwich it.

Crispy Caramel Sauce

1. Use a frying pan to heat granulated sugar with low heat until it turn caramelized.
2. Add butter and mix.
3. It will harden once cold down, so please pour into french pancake while it's hot.

Topping

1.Draw some chocolate sauce on a plate. Place your french pancake on the plate and pour caramel sauce.
2.Decorate with vanilla ice cream, orange, crushed cookies, mint leaf and icing sugar.
