Apple Bread Pudding

Instructions
- Combine the milk, egg and icing sugar in a bowl and soak the French bread for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 170℃.
- Grease the inside of the bowl with a little butter (in addition to the amount of butter listed in the ingredients).
- Peel and core the apples and slice them into 5mm pieces.
- Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon powder together and sprinkle this mixture over the apples, at the meantime alternately line up the apples with pieces of bread prepared in Step 1. Sprinkle the raisins and cut butter all over and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 170℃.

It is recommended to bake French bread to a crisp. The sour taste of the apples goes well with crisp French bread.
