Banana & Orange Donuts

Donut Batter
- YOTSUBA Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 100g
- Egg
- 1/3(medium)
- Hokkaido YOTSUBA Milk
- 10ml
- Orange Juice
- 20ml
- Banana
- 80g
- Salad Oil
- 13 g (1 tablespoon)
- Granulated Sugar
- As needed

Instructions
- Crush bananas with the back of a fork until pureed. Add egg, orange juice, and Hokkaido YOTSUBA Milk, and stir to combine.
- Add YOTSUBA Buttermilk Pancake Mix, and stir until no lumps remain.
- In a pot, heat salad oil to 170 ℃. Scoop the batter from Step 1 with a spoon, carefully drop into oil, and deep fry.
- Once the donuts have puffed up and turned light brown all over, remove from oil and dust with granulated sugar.
