Cheesy French Toast with Bacon

Instructions
- Place the cheese on a piece of the sandwich bread, top with another piece of bread, and press the edges together with the back of a fork to seal in the cheese.
- Mix the ingredients marked with an (a) together in a tray, strain through a colander, and soak the bread prepared in Step 1 on both sides.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter and cook the bread prepared in Step 2 until browned on both sides. Remove from the frying pan and cook the bacon on both sides.
- Add the items prepared in Step 3 to the tableware and add the mesclun greens.
