Instructions
- Warm the oven to 200℃.
- Sift the cake flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt together into a bowl and mix well.
- Add the butter cut into 1cm cubes to the mixture prepared in Step 2 and knead with your hands to make it lumpy.
- Add the milk and mixed all together to form dough, rub some flour on both hand, stretch your dough into thickness of about 2.5cm and cut it using a round shape mold.
- Apply milk (in addition to the amount of milk listed in the ingredients) to the surface with a brush and bake in the oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes.

It is important to stretch the dough into thickness of 2.5cm.
This is a great homemade dish when served freshly baked with whipped cream or jam.
