作り方Instructions

  1. Warm the oven to 200℃.
  2. Sift the cake flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt together into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the butter cut into 1cm cubes to the mixture prepared in Step 2 and knead with your hands to make it lumpy.
  4. Add the milk and mixed all together to form dough, rub some flour on both hand, stretch your dough into thickness of about 2.5cm and cut it using a round shape mold.
  5. Apply milk (in addition to the amount of milk listed in the ingredients) to the surface with a brush and bake in the oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes.

    It is important to stretch the dough into thickness of 2.5cm.
    This is a great homemade dish when served freshly baked with whipped cream or jam.
