White Fish of Your Choice
(rockfish, cod, etc.) 
1 fillet
YOTSUBA Butter (Salted)

Cherry Tomatoes

Black Olives

Green Olives

Fresh Thyme

As needed for both

  1. Place the fish with the skin down in the middle of a large piece of aluminum foil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place a thin slice of butter on top.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes and de-seeded olives in half, place them on top of the fish prepared in Step 1 and top with the thyme.
  3. Wrap and seal the fish, making sure to keep space so that the aluminum foil does not come into contact with the fish.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven which has been preheated to 190°C.
