Foil Wrapped Grilled White Fish
Ingredients
- White Fish of Your Choice
(rockfish, cod, etc.) - 1 fillet
- YOTSUBA Butter (Salted)
- 15g
- Cherry Tomatoes
- 3
- Black Olives
- 4
- Green Olives
- 4
- Fresh Thyme
- As needed
- Salt and Pepper
- As needed for both

Instructions
- Place the fish with the skin down in the middle of a large piece of aluminum foil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place a thin slice of butter on top.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes and de-seeded olives in half, place them on top of the fish prepared in Step 1 and top with the thyme.
- Wrap and seal the fish, making sure to keep space so that the aluminum foil does not come into contact with the fish.
- Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven which has been preheated to 190°C.
