Fondant au Chocolat

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C. Lightly apply butter to the cups and dust with flour. (in addition to the amount of butter and flour listed in the ingredients).
- Add the beaten eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar to a bowl and whisk well with a whisk.
- Melt the chocolate and butter, let it cool to the temperature of human touch, add it to the mixture prepared in Step 2. Sift in the flour and mix well.
- Pour the mixture prepared in Step 3 into the cups about 70% full and bake in the oven at 160℃ for 10 minutes.
(It should be just right when the edges are cooked and the inside remains soft)

The recipe is modest sweet with rich taste. You can adjust how much the cake melts by how long it is baked. - Remove from the cups immediately to prevent overcooking from residual heat, place on the tableware, and serve while still warm.
