- YOTSUBA Hokkaido Tokachi Cream Cheese

- Icing Sugar
- 13g
- Liqueur (Cointreau or Kirsch)
- 3-4g
- Dried Cranberries、 Dried Blackcurrants
- 25g for each
- *Marinate in liqueur

                        - 【Sablés (Cookies)】
 Combine the icing sugar with room temperature butter and add the eggs yolk.
- Mix with sifted cake flour, almond powder and baking powder.
- Bake at 160℃.
- 【Cheese Cream】
 Mix the cream cheese and icing sugar and add the liqueur.
- Lightly add the dried cranberries or dried blackcurrants which were marinated in the liqueur from Step 4.
- Sandwich the cheese cream in between 2 cookies.
