Sable: 5cm cookie cutter, enough for 16 cookies

Almond Powder

Cheese Cream Ingredients

YOTSUBA Hokkaido Tokachi Cream Cheese
100g
Icing Sugar
13g
Liqueur (Cointreau or Kirsch)
3-4g
Dried Cranberries、 Dried Blackcurrants
25g for each
*Marinate in liqueur

Dairy products to use cheese, butter

作り方Instructions

  1. 【Sablés (Cookies)】
    Combine the icing sugar with room temperature butter and add the eggs yolk.
  2. Mix with sifted cake flour, almond powder and baking powder.
  3. Bake at 160℃.
  4. 【Cheese Cream】
    Mix the cream cheese and icing sugar and add the liqueur.
  5. Lightly add the dried cranberries or dried blackcurrants which were marinated in the liqueur from Step 4.
  6. Sandwich the cheese cream in between 2 cookies.
