Instructions
- Put the granulated sugar in a bowl, add the grated lemon peel and vanilla extract and mix well to create a fragrant mixture.
Point
Combining the granulated sugar, lemon peel, and vanilla extract and letting it sit overnight will give it even more aroma. - Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly butter the pan and dust with flour (in addition to the amount of butter and flour in the listed ingredients).
- Break the eggs into the mixture prepared in Step 1 and beat well with a whisk to aerate the mixture until it becomes white and fluff.
- Add the cake flour and baking powder to the mixture prepared in Step 3 and mix. Add the melted butter and mix until the mixture is smooth, creamy and glossy all over.
- Pour the mixture prepared in Step 4 into the pan and bake in the oven at 180℃ for 45 to 50 minutes.
