  1. Put the granulated sugar in a bowl, add the grated lemon peel and vanilla extract and mix well to create a fragrant mixture.

    Point
    Combining the granulated sugar, lemon peel, and vanilla extract and letting it sit overnight will give it even more aroma.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly butter the pan and dust with flour (in addition to the amount of butter and flour in the listed ingredients).
  3. Break the eggs into the mixture prepared in Step 1 and beat well with a whisk to aerate the mixture until it becomes white and fluff.
  4. Add the cake flour and baking powder to the mixture prepared in Step 3 and mix. Add the melted butter and mix until the mixture is smooth, creamy and glossy all over.
  5. Pour the mixture prepared in Step 4 into the pan and bake in the oven at 180℃ for 45 to 50 minutes.
