Rice Cooker Steamed Butter Rice with Mushrooms

  1. Place the large cuts of mushrooms in a bowl, pour in the melted butter in circles, sprinkle thoroughly with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  2. Put the water and consommé in a pot, bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
  3. Wash the rice and drain thoroughly. Then add the white wine and 1 teaspoon of salt and lightly mix it. After that pour in consommé soup prepared in Step 2, add the mushrooms prepared in Step 1 and turn on the rice cooker.
  4. When the rice is done cooking, add the chopped Italian parsley and mix it in.
