Spinach & Bacon Quiche

Instructions
- Lightly boil the spinach, remove from the water, drain the water well, and cut into 3cm long pieces. Cut the bacon into 1cm pieces and slice the onion thinly.
- Heat butter in a frying pan, add the items prepared in Step 1 and sauté. (The onion should be well drained when sautéing). Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking sheet and set aside to cool.
- Place the items prepared in Step 2 in a heatproof container, mix the items listed under the ★ mark and pour them in. Top with cheese and bake in the oven at 180℃ for 25 to 30 minutes until browned.
