Spinach & Bacon Quiche

作り方Instructions

  1. Lightly boil the spinach, remove from the water, drain the water well, and cut into 3cm long pieces. Cut the bacon into 1cm pieces and slice the onion thinly.
  2. Heat butter in a frying pan, add the items prepared in Step 1 and sauté. (The onion should be well drained when sautéing). Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking sheet and set aside to cool.
  3. Place the items prepared in Step 2 in a heatproof container, mix the items listed under the ★ mark and pour them in. Top with cheese and bake in the oven at 180℃ for 25 to 30 minutes until browned.
