White Fish Meunière with Butter & Soy Sauce

White Fish (cod, etc.)
2 fillets (Approx. 200g)
Salt and Pepper
As needed 
Wheat Flour
As needed (10g)

(15g for grilling the fish and
15g for the butter sauce)
Soy Sauce

Water
1 teaspoon

作り方Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the white fish with salt and pepper and sprinkle with flour. Parboil the french beans and set aside.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add half of the butter and melt it. Cook the white fish prepared in Step 1 from the skin side until crispy. Cook both sides and remove. In the same frying pan, quickly sauté the green beans, add salt and pepper and remove.
  3. Add the remaining butter to the frying pan from Step 2 and cook. When the butter melts, add the soy sauce and water and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the fish and french beans prepared in Step 2 and the cherry tomatoes that cut into chunks to the tableware. Pour in sauce prepared in Step 3. Can garnish with lemon slices or dill.
