White Fish Meunière with Butter & Soy Sauce

- White Fish (cod, etc.)
- 2 fillets (Approx. 200g)
- Salt and Pepper

- Wheat Flour
- As needed (10g)
- YOTSUBA Butter
- 30g
(15g for grilling the fish and
15g for the butter sauce)
- Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons
- Water
- 1 teaspoon
- French Beans

Instructions
- Season both sides of the white fish with salt and pepper and sprinkle with flour. Parboil the french beans and set aside.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add half of the butter and melt it. Cook the white fish prepared in Step 1 from the skin side until crispy. Cook both sides and remove. In the same frying pan, quickly sauté the green beans, add salt and pepper and remove.
- Add the remaining butter to the frying pan from Step 2 and cook. When the butter melts, add the soy sauce and water and bring to a boil.
- Add the fish and french beans prepared in Step 2 and the cherry tomatoes that cut into chunks to the tableware. Pour in sauce prepared in Step 3. Can garnish with lemon slices or dill.
